An Autumn Sun
The soft autumn sun that touches the dried leaves on the ground, brings forth the vibrant green hues of the grass and turns nature into a play of soft colors.
I saw it yesterday, in the reflection of your eyes.
The gentle care of the autumn sun that makes the water of the lake, at the bottom of our feet, shimmer like a million stars.
We talked about the dreams we carry in our hearts and those lying in the depths of our minds. And while the sun softly touched your skin, diving deep into the endlessness of a galaxy called soul, I saw the entire autumn in your eyes. The care of the autumn sun reflected in the dreams your heart felt but found no words for.
Those eyes.
They sparkled, shined in more vibrant tones than the grass touched by the autumn sun.
The love you carry for those dreams reaches further than the rays of the sun, and lights up your heart more than the stars and planets the entire universe.
I wish that you could have seen what I have, your light, your sun.
You were the soft autumn sun itself.
Thank you for being here, for being you.
